Hi there, I’m Lynette!

I’m a blogger, author, and mom…and I was sick and tired of bouncing from one diet trend to the next.

I wanted to play with my kids without getting winded, or go upstairs without my knees aching. I also wanted to be able to wear whatever I wanted and look damn good in it.

In many ways, dieting is easy. It was always the hunger part that got me. I could fight cravings and load up on veggies, but what I could never stand was feeling deprived, that gnawing feeling in my stomach or that oncoming headache telling me I hadn’t eaten enough.

Well, after trial and error, and much research and consultation with dieticians and a fitness trainer, I’ve finally found something that works for “hungry girls.”

The Ketogenic diet is more than just a fad, it’s a way of life. It’s also something that you can use long term or short term, depending on your goals. I’m excited to share everything I’ve learned and experienced in my upcoming book, “The Hungry Girl’s Guide To Keto.”
